Payment is required at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability or pricing errors.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Hive & Comb is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
3. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of honey, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at Graham84smith@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
